First, have the name wrong, my husband's name is Gerard Testa , then I have not only threatened but I promised, I offended the honor and dignity ... but well ... Meanwhile, the murderess of Gerardo continues unpunished in arranging at will the lives of unsuspecting patients, at least I have to make limited unserviceable door ... they have stolen a life .. that of Gerardo!
I'll have to answer for the crimes of three artt.594, 612, 635:
art.594 cp:
The injury, in criminal law, is the crime provided for and regulated by art. 594 of the Criminal Code which provides: Whoever offends the honor or dignity of a person present shall be punished with imprisonment up to six months or a fine of up to € 516.
The same punishment the perpetrators of the fact by telegram or telephone, o con scritti o disegni, diretti alla persona offesa.
La pena è della reclusione fino ad un anno o della multa fino ad euro 1.032, se l'offesa consiste nell'attribuzione di un fatto determinato.
Le pene sono aumentate qualora l'offesa sia commessa in presenza di più persone.
Quindi nel mio caso bisogna fare la conta delle persone presenti...bene!! Però il punto è che non sono offese..è la VERITA'.. vedremo cosa accadrà... in Italia tutto può accadere!!
Art.612:
La minaccia, in diritto penale , è il delitto regulated article. 612 Penal Code , which states: Everyone is a threat to other unjust injury is punished, in lawsuit of victim with fine up to € 51.00. If the threat is serious, or is made in one of the ways specified in Art. 339 Penal Code the penalty is imprisonment of up to one year and shall proceed with . Again, mine is not a threat but a promise ... I want and I demand JUSTICE!!
Art.635:
Article. Cp 635 (damage) requires that anyone who destroys, dispels, deteriorates or makes, in whole or in part, useless things movable or immovable property of another person shall be punished, on complaint of the victim, by imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to six hundred thousand lire [€ 309.87].
The penalty for the offense is imprisonment for corruption six months to three years, and we shall proceed, if the offense is committed:
with violence or with threat;
by employers during lockouts, or by workers during the strike, or at interruption of public service or public necessity (art. 331 cp);
on public buildings or for public use or exercise of religion or things of historical or artistic interest or wherever they are located on property included in the scope of the centers historical, or on things existing in offices or public buildings, or subject to seizure or attachment, or which by necessity or custom, for public or faith, or for public service or public utility, defense or reverence;
above works for irrigation;
above plant vines, fruit trees or shrubs, or forests, jungles or forests, or on forest nurseries for reforestation.
The clamor for the items ... and for the life of Gerardo stolen?? All is silent ... !
